About Remote Way Of Working

I am Jo, the founder of Remote Way of Working. I was working remotely long before it was a thing! Before WiFi appeared in the dictionary! So as you can imagine I have seen lots of changes, some good, and some bad since being a remote worker.

I have led highly successful globally distributed teams for over 15 years, within 6 months of designing and implementing strategy with one recent customer we were awarded the Remote Team of the Year at the UK Culture Awards in 2022.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic there has been an increase in the number of businesses who have remote workers, if you are one of those businesses then congratulations on recognising that your employees want more flexibility, in recent surveys a whopping 78% of employees working from home said it had improved their work life balance.
