I am Jo, the founder of Remote Way of Working. I was working remotely long before it was a thing! Before WiFi appeared in the dictionary! So as you can imagine I have seen lots of changes, some good, and some bad since being a remote worker.
I have led highly successful globally distributed teams for over 15 years, within 6 months of designing and implementing strategy with one recent customer we were awarded the Remote Team of the Year at the UK Culture Awards in 2022.
